How do I take churna, tablets, ghanvati, guggulu, kadha or capsules?
Each form has its own suggested dosage printed on the pack. Churna and powders are usually taken with warm water or as advised, tablets, ghanvati and guggulu are swallowed with water, kadha is taken as a decoction and capsules are swallowed whole. Please follow the dosage on the pack or as directed by your physician.
Do I need a physician's advice before starting a product?
Yes. Our products are traditional Ayurvedic formulations and are best used as advised by a qualified physician, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on other medication or managing an existing condition.
How should I store these products?
Keep containers tightly closed when not in use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate unless the pack says otherwise.
What is the shelf life of a formulation?
Shelf life varies by product and is printed on the pack along with the batch and manufacturing details. Please check the pack before use and avoid using a product past its stated shelf life.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched from Gandhinagar within 24 to 36 hours, and delivery is free on orders above 999 rupees.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available on most pin codes, along with UPI and card payments at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Because these are health related products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
Is the full composition available before I buy?
Yes. Every product page lists the composition exactly as printed on the pack, including herb names and quantities where applicable, so you know what you are taking before you order.
